Log in with the Airtable Connector

You can use Awesome Table Connectors to export data from Airtable to Google Sheets by logging in with the Airtable connector.

Prerequisites

Method 1: Sign in with Airtable

  1. In the Awesome Table add-on Home screen, click Create new request.


    The list of available connectors is displayed.
  2. Open the Airtable connector.

  3. On the Connect to Airtable screen, click Sign in with Airtable.

  4. On the Airtable login page, choose the login method you want to use.

  5. On the Grant access page, click Add a base.

  6. Select the base(s) or workspace(s) from the list of available options. Chose the level of access you're granting:

    • One or more individual bases.

    • One or more specific workspaces: All current and future bases in this workspace.

    • All current and future bases in all current and future workspaces.

  7. Click Grant access.

    Awesome Table informs you if your connection is successful.
You are now logged in with the Airtable connector. The Select data drop-down shows the data you can export to Google Sheets.

Method 2: Connect with an API key

note

The API Key login method will be deprecated by Airtable on Feb 1, 2024.

  1. In the Awesome Table add-on Home screen, click Create new request.


    The list of available connectors is displayed.
  2. Open the Airtable connector.

  3. On the Connect to Airtable screen, click Connect with an API key.

  4. Enter your API key, then click Test & Save.

  5. Enter an Account name, then click Save account.

    Awesome Table informs you if your connection is successful.
You are now logged in with the Airtable connector. The Select data drop-down shows the data you can export to Google Sheets.
