Use your default account in Chrome
Use the default account of your Chrome profile to avoid issues when using multiple accounts. The article shows how to identify which account you are currently using in Google Sheets.
On your computer, open a Google spreadsheet.
Click on the profile icon in the top right corner.
A drop-down menu appears with the list of Google accounts that you are currently signed in to.
Check which account is set as Default.
noteIf the Default status doesn't appear, it means you are already using it and no further action is needed.
You now know which account is your default account.

If the Google account you are using is not the Default account, you can:
- Create a dedicated Chrome profile for the Google account of your choice to avoid problems when using multiple accounts.
- Change your default Google account by signing out of all Google accounts, then signing back in and selecting a different account as the default.
